Great customer service, fantastic products, and timely work. I've installed and maintained many gates in county and state parks and found Time on Target the easiest to communicate with and with the best products around. They delivered exactly what I requested and have been available to help me troubleshoot any potential issues since the initial installation. I have a 5 acre Boat and RV storage facility in NPR FL. Time on Target was recommended by my fence contractor and I couldn't be happier. We are small compared to some of the other clients they have but I have always felt like we are # 1 when we need service. They installed our gate operator and key pad for entry to our facility. I recently hired Time on Target Pro Security to upgrade my home security system, and the experience was excellent. From the start, Mike (the Founder), Amir and Kyle were very professional and punctual, arrived right on time for the appointments and demonstrated high work ethics.  Amir worked long hours to ensure the system was installed as promised. I determined they clearly know their stuff as they provided detailed explanations of what they were doing in simple terms and answered ALL my questions. Their expertise and clear communications put me at ease throughout the upgrade process. We did encounter some technical hiccups, but the team handled them with patience and determination. Instead of rushing through, Kyle took the time to troubleshoot every issue diligently. He remained friendly and courteous throughout, making sure I was informed about what was going on. Time on Target's commitment to resolving these issues was impressive—they didn’t consider the job done until everything was working perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and how the whole project was handled. My upgraded security system is now working flawlessly. I feel much more secure at home and I can navigate the system at home and remotely. Time on Target truly went above and beyond to ensure I am happy with their services. Kyle is a gem! It was such a pleasure having him do our installation. What a smart guy! He went the extra mile for us at every juncture of the install. He’s pleasant, smart and very patient, explaining everything along the way. TOT needs to do everything to hang onto him. As far as the equipment, it’s everything & more that I expected from ToT. I know I’m a new customer, but based on this experience alone and the final outcome, I’d recommend these guys to anyone.
